shoots == takes picture, holds under water == develops the photo, hangs him == hangs photo of him, but the puzzle is still flawed as no woman can get ready to go out for dinner within five minutes of anything

women 1 and women2 to move across the bridge and women 2 to returned =4 minutes of time elapsed.
and then women 3 and women 4 will move across the bridge=10 minutes of time elapsed.
women 1 returns=1 minute elapsed
time remaining 2 minutes
so women 1 and women 2 will leave other side.
4+11+2=17 minutes.
